Transnational Project Meeting in Birmingham, UK

Representatives from all the project's organizations met in Birmingham, UK, on the 12th and 13th of July for a short period of learning and project management.

Meeting’s content

Welcome

Introduction and presentation of Gecko Programmes. Abdul explained in detail how Gecko Programmes works and its history. He also explained how the company is changed from the beginning of the project until now.

Smart working during pandemic. All partners shared together the challenges and difficulties of their countries about the new way of work during the pandemic. All together shared their opinion, what their countries did to introduce this new way of work and how people use this method for work in their countries.

Next Physical meeting: in order to keep with the meeting schedule, all partners discussed together regarding the last TPM in Romania 22nd – 23rd September 2022. Rogepa suggested to do the meeting in Cluj-Napoca instead of Baia Mare, because in Cluj-Napoca there is the Airport and it is more accessible for all partners and also because Baia Mare is very close to Ukraine. It was suggested also to do the last TPM in Italy since it is easier for all partners to go there. LogosAbile will write to the National Agency to request the transfer of the budget and make sure if this is possible.
LogosAbile will check the number of participants for each country.

Meeting in Romania: all partner confirmed the dates of the meeting: 22nd – 23rd September 2022. The place will be confirmed after the answer of the National Agency.

Final report: after the last TPM, LogosAbile will send to all partners a template for the final report of each partner organization

Dissemination: Partners have to upload the dissemination report with all activities done from 31/12/2020 until now and keep it updated until the end of the project. In the report must be: partners posts on their social media, post on social media of the project, websites, newspaper, articles, physical meetings, etc.. The template can be found on the Google Drive folder.
Nobody posted on the Instagram page of the project, only LogosAbile and CPA posted on it. LogosAbile and CPA shared again the credential to access on the page

Project Website: Rogepa must update the project web site with all the Erasmus Club. If they need some information they can ask to the partnership. LogosAbile and CPA uploaded all the material on Google Drive, in this way it is accessible for all partners.
On the website are missing 3rd Erasmus club held on 27th January 2022, 6th Erasmus Club held on 28th April 2022 and the Online meeting on the 25th May 2022.

To do:

• CPA will check how many mobilities are available and how many people can participate in Romania and in the other meetings.
• LogosAbile will write to the National Agency to request the transfer of the budget since the last TPM will be in Italy.
• LogosAbile will confirm the host of the last TPM in September 2022.
• Rogepa will upload the website by the 20th September 2022.
• All partners should upload in the corresponding Google Drive folders the expenses, travel arrangements, hotels, etc. needed for the Birmingham meeting.
• Partners have to upload the dissemination report with all activities done from 31/12/2020 until now and keep it updated until the end of the project
• All partners will post on the project social media pages following the dissemination calendar
