Kick-Off Meeting

Our first meeting was supposed to be face-to-face, in Italy, but due to the pandemic, we had to meet online.

We had much to discuss, and a big part of that was figuring out how we can remodel our activities so that we can do all the project activities while travel restrictions are in effect.

First of all, we set up our communication platforms and timing, and then we went through the partner's responsibilities and how they should be implemented.

Although we could not foresee exactly when and how we'll be able to meet each other we tried to make a schedule for our future meetings, both face-to-face and online.
